This renovated property is just a short walk or ski to the Elk Chair at the Resort. The townhouse is a modern 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath property offering the perfect space for the entire family to escape to the mountains.

The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living room is great for gathering friends and family. With the luxury primary bedroom/ ensuite, a separate space for kids to play and a home office, this property provides the perfect balance of peace, privacy, and quality time with the group.One of the first things you're greeted with when entering the property is the spacious and bright kitchen, living and dining space. The kitchen comes with brand new appliances, cabinets and countertops and has been stocked with all cooking basics (pots, pans, utensils, salt, pepper, plates, cutlery etc.) There is a handcrafted live edge dining table to seat 8 guests and a kitchen island with 4 bar stools offering more seating if needed.

Enjoy an evening on the comfortable new corner sofa while watching your favourite movies on the 75" smart tv, equipped with Netflix and cable while the fireplace warms you up after a day on the slopes. The television features a quality Bluetooth sound system to give you that cinema experience! The sofa pulls out into a queen bed which has a comfortable memory foam mattress if extra sleeping space is required. Adjacent to the kitchen are double doors leading to a deck where you'll find your private hot tub and BBQ. (Hot tub towels and gas for BBQ are provided). This floor also has its own powder room for your convenience.

On the second floor you'll find a home office so you can work remotely! The office has a sit-stand desk, supportive work chair, and 2 monitors. The locked door and mountain views make it a quiet and relaxing space away from others to work or take a private call.

The second floor also has two bedrooms. One bedroom, is home to 2 twin bunk beds sleeping 4 guests. You can sleep another 2 guests in the queen room that has a closet and chest of drawers. All beds are made up with hotel-quality bedding and linens. The shared bathroom includes a double vanity, bathtub/shower combination and laundry facilities.

If you are traveling with kids and looking for somewhere to let them have fun, the kids nook on the second floor is great. They can chill out on the bean bags watching TV or playing the array of board games we have provided.

The primary bedroom is on its very own floor with an ensuite bathroom, fireplace and a private balcony. The ensuite bathroom features a bathtub and a shower and has plenty of space for belongings. The beautiful mountain views can be enjoyed from the comfort of the jacuzzi bath tub so bubble away in paradise! This bedroom boasts a brand new king bed, hotel-quality bedding and linens, tall ceilings with a ceiling fan, large chest of drawers for clothing storage and walk-in closet with new sliding barn door. The spacious closet includes a small single children's bed for young kids to have their very own cozy space, whilst staying close by.

Please be warned that there are three sets of stairs in this property and four levels starting with the ground floor.

The property is classed as ski-out. The ski path is just a moments walk up some stairs and across a boardwalk and should not take more than a minute. This allows you to ski straight down form Lizard bowl and to the complex. More specific directions are provided before check-in.

To ensure our guests have the comforts of home, we have provided all necessary supplies such as hand soaps, toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, dish rags, and cloths. Each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion so you can pack light!

The garage at the base of the property is ideal for parking your car. There is an additional parking space in front of the garage. Please avoid parking outside the front door during winter months due to the risk of snow and ice falling off the front entrance.

Parking Included
There are spaces for two cars to park at the property. The first is inside the garage and the second is directly outside of the garage. We do not recommend cars to be parked in front of the entrance door, especially in the winter. Ice and debris can fall off the roof and cause harm to vehicles.
